Karate' on Thursday

Lexi had Karate' class on Thurs at our church. Chris Welbon comes in from Plant City to teach the kids.

We had a mom's meeting at the park with one of our homeschool groups, came home and did some schooling and then went to Karate'. Busy day!

Miss Daisy

Words cannot express how utterly precious Miss Daisy is. Daisy is the princess of our dear friends Barry and Bonnie.
We spent Friday evening with them watching the USF Bulls Game. (they won!) Lexi had a sleep over at the church so Brandon played with Miss Daisy. As her mamma would say...pure perfection! :)

"Love-A-Horse Wed. mornings....

Lexi has "Love-A-Horse" on Wed. mornings for 4-H. Her group doesn't ride yet but they are taught all kinds of info on horses and taking care of them. They plan to have a a farrier out to visit and talk to the kids as well as the vet and the equine dentist. We all enjoy going and learning. I figured I take some photos today as part of catching up on what we've been doing lately. We came home after "horse" and did school work....Lexi wasn't in a good mood today, we still need to finish math this afternoon. I have some errands to run then to church tonight. Tomorrow we have a "Teacher's Meeting" for one of the home school groups we're in at one of the local parks and then home for school work and Karate' at 3pm.

Going back a little....

Ok, so I'm still filling in this last 45 days or so here so I'm posting pics of Lexi's 7th birthday:) (Sept 14th) She's got a mini room makeover with all the High School Musical bedding and posters. She also got a guitar from uncle Sean and she bought her own fish and tank with money she got for her birthday!
She had 5 girls over for her party and my friend Wezy came and did manicures and pedicures and nail art! They loved it! They are a double stuff huge birthday cookie instead of a cake and of course they watched High School Musical.
It was a lot of fun. Well we are off to "luv a horse" for Homegrown 4-H....I'll explain later and have some pics too. Feel free to post comments if anyone out there is reading this, I'd love to hear from you:)

Update....

Wow! I can't believe it's been over a month since I last posted...guess I was feeling like I didn't have much to talk about.....my how things have changed.
Where to begin, I guess the week or two before school started back. Mid Aug.
..Well long story short, I decided to home school my 7 yr old daughter last minute. I learned soooo much and we've been so busy doing things...Home school groups, Field Trips, School work (of course) and so much more.
I think I'll gradually update on everything or it would be overwhelming...even though I don't know a single person that reads this...(pls let me know if you are out there) :)
Let see.... Hubby got some new jet skis and he's so addicted to them and going out on them. Praise God that he has a flexible schedule with work and that we too are flexible with school work or he'd go nuts! He could play out on the lakes all day if he had the time:) we got 2 used ones that he's had some (to put it mildly) trouble with and he bought 1 new one while waiting for the first 2 to get out of the shop. The new one is Black and yellow .....we call it Bumblebee....from Transformers. (my son's still waiting for it to turn into a robot:) Anyway Bumblebee runs great! But the other 2 are getting to be a pain. Not sure what he's planning to do with them now...it's end of season and may have to wait till first of spring to trade in or sell.
Well here's some pics and I'll update more stuff later tonight.....
